Please note the following:
- I believe I am well again.
- Instead of bouncing back with intense productivity and happiness, I seem to have instead embraced napping while I listen to it rain outside.
- If I could stay awake and focused long enough to care, this might seem unfortunate.
- I need to mow my lawn.
- The back yard is impressively overgrown after a mere 10 days and a great deal of rain.
- I'm more than a little afraid of it.
- I figured out my squiggles and they actually make sense in the context of the current literature.
- So I'm trying to write something.
- I got as far as making very pretty figures.
- That's not as far as I'd hoped.
- I should read something.
- Open Lab 2007 has been taking up space on my floor for several days now.
- I'd also like to glance through the two textbooks I ordered at work.
- Oh! My textbook is currently at press!
- It has a pretty cover!
- With my name on the front! (Near the middle of the first column - I had to sort of squint to see it from the image online, but still!)
- I also should start to prep for this industry interview.
- Not giving a talk means I haven't thought about it overly much.
- And while confidence is good, I somehow don't want to give the impression that I don't care at all.
- I have posts I'd like to write.
- I've even started to draft some of them.
- Maybe I'll finish one after I nap.

Duly noted. Now go mow the lawn! Do you have one of those mowers you ride around on? That would be fucking hilarious.
i say nap all day and forget the rest!!
PP:
I was done before you got all autocratic and made the order. And, no, I do not. But my parents have two. And they are awesome.

Excellent suggestion. But I couldn't get the lawn out of my head! So at least that's done. But I love having someone be pro-nap with me.
yay for your textbook! And glad you're feeling better.
